Project Brief: Tung's Kee (東記) Packaging Design

 

• Overview: Packaging design for frozen dim sum (steamed buns) and traditional festive rice dumplings to modernize traditional Chinese comfort food for younger and international markets.

• Frozen Dim Sum Series:

  • Features cute, expressive animated bun characters, warm golden-yellow tones, and clear product windows/photography to build consumer trust.

• Festive Rice Dumpling Series:

  • Blends traditional character illustrations with modern typography and auspicious Chinese knot accents, using distinct color-coding for a premium gift-ready aesthetic.

• Key Features: Prominent "東記 (TUNG'KEE)" branding, strategic ingredient photography, and clean visual hierarchy.
